1.1 The Website Is owned and managed by NorthSide, a strategy and execution company that helps incubate ventures and scale up brands. 2.6 NorthSide have with reasonable diligence devised the working of the website, so that it doesn’t collect any information which you may not choose to provide, however, NorthSide cannot be held accountable if any information of the user is intercepted, transmitted, hacked, tracked, recorded or any such interruption.

6.3. We reserve the right to verify and authenticate Your identity and Your Provided Information in order to ensure accurate delivery of services through the Website and other platforms.

6.4. Access to, or correction, updating or deletion of Your Provided Information may be denied or limited by Us if it would violate another person’s rights and/or is not otherwise permitted by applicable law.

12. Jurisdiction

If you choose to visit the website, your visit and any dispute over privacy is subject to this Policy and the website’s terms of use. In addition to the foregoing, any disputes arising under this Policy shall be governed by the laws of India and The parties agree to resolve disputes amicably, failing which, the courts located in Gurgaon, Haryana, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any disputes arising hereunder.
